Delete your Shell Rush account

You can request deletion by email. You do not need to reinstall the game or sign in to this website.

Send a deletion request

Email with the subject Shell Rush account deletion.

Email deletion request

Include your Shell Rush player ID if available, and say that you want your account and associated game data deleted. If you do not have your player ID or no longer have access to the game, tell us in the email. We will help you identify the account and verify ownership.

This button opens your email app. If it does not open, copy the address and send the email from your usual mail service. Clicking alone does not submit a request.

Deletion is permanent. Your game progress, items, and in-game currency balances cannot be restored after deletion. Never send a password, verification code, or payment-card number.

What happens next

  1. We review your request and may ask for information needed to verify account ownership. A player ID alone is not proof of ownership.
  2. We delete the verified Shell Rush account and its associated cloud game data within 30 days.
  3. We notify you when the request is complete. Support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after resolution, except where legally required.

Delete directly in the game

In builds with the account-deletion menu, open Settings → Account & help → Privacy & account → Delete account, read the warning, and select Permanently delete. An internet connection is required. If deletion is interrupted, use Retry deletion or contact us. If your build does not have this menu, use the email request above.

What is removed

Your Shell Rush authentication account and Google Play Games linkage within Shell Rush; cloud stage progress, rewards, experience, equipment, upgrades, currency balances, loadout, and saved preferences. Direct in-app deletion also clears the current account's local save cache on the device used.

What is separate

Your Google account is not deleted. Data independently held by Google is managed through Google's privacy and Play Games controls. Clear app storage or uninstall Shell Rush on other devices to remove their local copies. Providers may retain limited technical, security, backup, or legally required records under their policies. You can also email us about deletion of specific information or other privacy requests without asking to delete the whole account.
